A - We recommend sending your request to a many as 5 vendors. Remember, if a vendor doesn't feel they can address your needs, they many not call you back. If you send your request to more than 5 vendors, just be ready to receive many phone
calls.
Q - How much detail should I include with my quote request?
A - We recommend being as detailed as possible. Since you are sending your request to many vendors, you want to make sure each of them has all the details in order to provide you with comparable quotes.
Q - How long does it take for a vendor to get back to me?
A - Many times you will receive a call or e-mail within minutes. Some vendors like to have your quotes requests go directly to their mobile phones so they can respond quickly. Other wait to review your request at the end of the day. You can
expect to have each vendor that can perform the work you requested contact you within 1 business day.
Q - How will I know which vendor to use?
A - That's really up to you. We make it simple for you to get in touch with multiple vendors - we do not recommend one vendor over another.
Q - Do you have any tips when selecting a vendor?
A - We always recommend that you do 5 things; confirm insurance, call references, get a guarantee or service agreement, confirm licensing if required and compare bids.

A - We recommend responding as soon as you can, but always within 1 business day.
Q - How can I improve the number of leads I'll receive?
A - Be as detailed as possible about the services you offer. The more consumers understand what you do and why you offer a better service, the more likely they will be to include you in their quote request.
Q - How long after I add my listing does it become available on the LetsGetService site?
A - We usually approve listings within 48 hours but many times it takes less then 1 business day.
